Youth Appreciation Day

Its a long way off, but the Youth Appreciation Day Committee has been meeting monthly to get ready for next April's event. There were some issues that we need to provide some input: should we let the students start selling raffle tickets early, like for Christmas gifts, or wait until later? Second, we need a way to "get around" the state limit of cooking for a maximum of 4 hours. It seems that when we tear down our stuff after the time limit, others think its all over and they tear down, too!
