Joan Buck's Guardians - who knew?

Many thanks to Joan Buck for last week's program explaining the "Gem County Board of Community Guardians". Her goal is to promote the program, since it seems few people are aware of it.

"The purpose of the Gem County Board of Community Guardians is to provide an umbrella of protection for an individual who has suffered, is suffering, or is likely to suffer substantial harm due to an inability to meet his personal needs for food, clothing, shelter, health care, safety or an inability to manage his financial resources".
