Jones and Biggs attend RLI

Last Saturday, John and Terry headed off to Twin Falls for the first meeting of a new District 5400 leadership team which is training to facilitate the new Rotary Leadership Institute.  John and Terry are among about 20 people from around the District who the District Leadership team has invited to act as instructors for the program.

The Rotary Leadership Institute – Rocky Mountain Division is a Multi-District training program established to substantially improve the Rotary knowledge and leadership skills of the future leaders of Rotary clubs and districts.

The Rotary Leadership Institute training program consists of three full-day sessions, followed by graduate seminars. Trainers are carefully selected from among Rotarians with outstanding leadership abilities and prepared to conduct innovative and participatory course sessions.
